Grace K. Yates |
Grace K. Yates, a lifetime resident of Ponca City, began practicing with Mr. Holmes in 1999. Yates graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelors Degree in Political Science and a minor in Spanish. She received her Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and is licensed to practice in Oklahoma and Kansas, as well as each Federal District Court within this State. Yates served as president of the Kay County Bar Association and on multiple boards for local non-profit organizations. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Oklahoma Bar Association and Kay County Bar Association. Grace, her husband, and their two children currently reside in Ponca City.

Richard A. Johnson is a graduate of Mustang High School and received a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Oklahoma State University. He received his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Tulsa School of Law in 2007. He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, American Bar Association, Kay County Bar Association and is licensed to practice law before all state courts of Oklahoma, the United States Tax Court and various tribal courts. Johnson served as president of the Kay County Bar Association and currently serves as a member of the board of directors for Hospice of North Central Oklahoma and the Marland Children's Home. Richard is married with three children and currently resides in Ponca City.

Miranda B. Combs is a graduate of Jones High School and received a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Central Oklahoma. Prior to practicing Law, she was a teacher of Pre-K through 3rd grade students in Jones and Harrah Public Schools. Ms. Combs received her Juris Doctorate Degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2008 and is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association. Since receiving her Juris Doctorate Ms. Combs, has primarily practiced in the area of real estate and oil and gas law. Ms. Combs is the mother of four mostly grown children and currently resides in Stillwater.
